Dzintars Rasnačs is the Minister of Justice of Latvia since November 2014, as well as from December 1995 till November 1998.
During the Latvian Presidency of the Council of the European Union under leadership of Dzintars Rasnačs Justice and Home Affairs Council reached an agreement on the compromise text of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Dzintars Rasnačs has been Member of the Saeima (Parliament) for 14 years, since 1998 when he was first elected in the Parliament of Latvia. Dzintars Rasnačs has been a Member of Presidium throughout three parliamentary terms, but a Member of the Legal Committee during four parliamentary terms.

Raivis Kronbergs is working in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Latvia since 2007. Since May, 2014 he is the State Secretary of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Latvia.

Since October 2016 Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Latvia implements Twinning project "Capacity Building of the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova" and Raivis Kronbergs supervises the implementation.

Lāsma Dilba is a qualified lawyer, with master's degree in Law. She has been working in public sector since 2005. During this time, she has acquired extensive knowledge in public institution organization.
